Usage Data	refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the usage of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

3.Service, Subscriptions and Billing

a.The applink.pw Service allows users to create links (i.e. smart mobile app download links) and provide users with applink.pw management and analytics.

c.Except for the Free Plan described below, usage of the Service requires a paid subscription.

d.All paid subscriptions are auto-renewing at the end of each paid-for period, until cancellation.

e.By signing up for a plan requiring a paid subscription, you authorize applink.pw to charge you the fees of the plan recurringly, using the billing information you provide.

f.If applink.pw does not receive payment using the billing information you have provided, you agree to pay all amounts due in another way, upon demand.

g.You may cancel a subscription at any time. You will have access to the Service in the selected plan until the end of the paid-for period and no further charges will be billed after such period. No refunds will be issued.

h.If you cancel your subscription after the start of a new period, you are required to pay any outstanding bills not already paid.

i.If the amount to be charged upon subscription period renewal changes due to an increase in our current fees (other than a change in tax rates), applink.pw shall give notice of the new amount to be charged at least 14 days before the time of renewal. If you do not accept the change in amount you must cancel your subscription before the paid-for period ends. Failure to do so will constitute an acceptance of the new amounts.

4.Free Plan

If you wish to terminate your account you can do so from the account settings. If you have signed up to a paid subscription, you are required to pay any outstanding bills not already paid.

13.Agreement

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.Changes to the Terms
